How do I join the wholesale deal network?

Tell us your target markets, property types, investment strategy (flip, hold, BRRRR), and acquisition capacity per month. We'll introduce you to our acquisition team and discuss how to integrate you into the relevant deal flow for your markets.
What is the minimum margin you require before introducing a deal?
Our general threshold is that the purchase price must represent at least a 25% discount to ARV before estimated renovation costs. However, deal structure varies — a low-repair deal at 25% discount may pencil better than a heavy-rehab deal at 38% discount depending on local carry costs and exit values. Every deal sheet we introduce includes the full margin analysis so you can evaluate independently.
Do you charge a wholesale fee or assignment fee?
Our fee structure is discussed during network onboarding and varies depending on whether we are acting as a wholesale intermediary (taking an assignment fee at close), a referral partner (earning a referral fee from the investor buyer), or as a buyer-side marketing source working with a partner agent. We are transparent about the fee structure on every deal before you make any commitment.
Can I view properties before committing?
Yes — we strongly encourage inspection. Deals are introduced with a deal sheet, comparable analysis, and estimated repair scope. We coordinate access with the motivated seller for walk-throughs and professional inspections before any purchase contract is executed. We do not encourage blind acquisitions and will never pressure you to waive due diligence.
I'm a seller — can I submit my property for a wholesale introduction?
Yes. If you're a motivated seller who prefers speed and certainty, submit your property details through our Sell page and indicate your interest in a cash/wholesale offer. We'll evaluate your property against network buyer criteria and make introductions where there's a fit. You'll receive an offer range within 48–72 hours of submission.
